Analysis and design

Computers and software are, after all, tools used to solve problems. But they are not the solution to all problems! We work with our customers to develop solutions that suit them. Our solutions help our customers to achieve their aims.

An in-depth analysis is necessary in order to develop an efficient solution: What weak points are there in the system? Are processes depicted in a logical way? At what points can we intervene to improve the system? 

Within the data analysis, we analyse these contexts and data relationships in detail. This results, for example, in ideas that

allow system components to communicate more effectively with one another via suitable interfaces. In doing so, an external vantage point can be useful: If necessary, Analyse & Design can determine which interfaces could be used more efficiently and which data flows can be further automated – including in restrictive environments. 

Sometimes, all it takes is a chance to discuss it. In any case, it is only once the analysis is complete that we can determine which tools are required and which measures can be implemented. The design is created on this basis.

Implementation

As a result of our many years of experience, we know what is important when it comes to realising projects:

  • deadlines need to be met
  • budgets need to be adhered to
  • at the end of the day, the solution needs to work, and, ideally, even exceed expectations

Training

Our training sessions are designed in line with customer requirements, with the aim of enabling the customer’s staff to complete all major tasks internally.

We can accompany staff in their day-to-day work with hands-on training, for example, so that they can work confidently with the system within a very short period of time. Sometimes it’s also a good idea to launch a project with training of this kind. In this way, it is possible to obtain a clear overview of processes and identify any weak points. After the training session, the staff will be able to implement their new knowledge straight away.

In other cases, we offer in-house training in order to teach staff about the practical use of specific pieces of software. Alternatively, we can invite our customers to Analyse & Design for a training session in order to guarantee that they can learn in a setting that is removed from day-to-day operations.

We have plenty of experience in various training formats – after all, it is key to the success of IT projects that the staff can go on to work productively with the system.

Operation

Our service goes far beyond classic consulting and the implementation of IT projects – Analyse & Design also has years of experience in the operation of complex systems for SMEs and major corporations. In this way, we are able to completely take over management of the operation of hardware and software alike. 

Thanks to high-quality automation, we are able to cover a wide spectrum of services: from remote support, to lending a hand outside of our customers’ regular business hours, to complete outsourcing and the 24/7 operation of systems with high data volumes. Project management

We ensure effective self-management and our integration into project structures.
